As N’Jeriaun Tramone Suggs leads our Youth and College Program. N'Jeriaun is working hard towards completing his last year ias a 12th Grader during Homeschool and focusing his his plans pertaining to Furthering his education after completing 12th Grade. N'Jeriaun is a Next Generation Youth Leader, whose life experiences across Wisconsin, Mississippi, and Georgia have contributed to his youth development perspective on God, family, values, leadership, community, and the importance of creating opportunities for young people.
Since the founding of Almost Lost In The System Incorporated on July 5, 2021, N’Jeriaun has served as an active Lifetime Membership Next Generation of Youth Leaders. As the son of Founder | CEO | President Dr. Hildiah Martin-Suggs, H.C., he has had the unique opportunity to learn alongside his mother and observe firsthand the commitment, discipline, advocacy, and service required to lead a community-based organization and movement. When permitted, he has trained and worked beside her, gaining practical exposure to organizational leadership, community engagement, event hosting, youth advocacy, and service.
Through his dedication and continued growth, N’Jeriaun earned the ALITSI Youth Presidential Gold Award during the organization’s 2nd Annual Royal Blue Carpet Gala. In 2025, he was appointed by the Board of Directors to serve as Youth High School | College President, recognizing his commitment as a Next Generation Youth Leader, his service as a host at organizational galas and events, and his willingness to assist and learn from leadership throughout the organization.
In his leadership role, N’Jeriaun represents the emerging generation of youth and young adult leadership within the organization. His interests include faith and belief in a Higher Power from a non-denominational perspective, family, community advocacy, unity, equality, event hosting, youth advocacy, social justice, technology, criminal justice, science, history, organizing, and civil rights.
N’Jeriaun continues to develop his leadership abilities with a focus on learning, service, advocacy, and building meaningful connections between high school students, college students, community leaders, and future generations.
His journey reflects the mission of Almost Lost In The System Incorporated:
