The Almost Lost In The System Incorporated Workforce Development | Reentry Services | Housing Resources Program is a comprehensive community-based initiative designed to assist youth, young adults, adults, justice-impacted individuals, returning citizens, and families experiencing barriers to employment, successful community reintegration, and stable housing.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive workforce development, reentry support, and housing resource services that help youth and adults overcome barriers, develop employment skills, access opportunities, successfully reintegrate into their communities, and work toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency.

We are committed to reducing barriers that contribute to unemployment, housing instability, homelessness, poverty, criminal justice involvement, and reoffending.

Our Reentry Services provide support and resource navigation for justice-impacted individuals preparing to return to the community or working to rebuild their lives following incarceration or involvement with the criminal justice system.

Stable housing is an important part of successful employment, family stability, and community reintegration. The Housing Resources component of the program assists eligible youth, adults, returning citizens, and families with navigating available housing resources and identifying potential supportive services.

Our Workforce Development Services are designed to help participants prepare for, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment.
